the Gtv is up and running again, the breakdown was caused by the faulty part called air flow meter (AFM) or MAF sensor (Mass Air Flow sensor), it doesn’t usually cause a complete engine shutdown but this time that was the case…

Now I know that you can disconnect AFM to check if it’s the cause of the problem, and even run for some km and save on towing the car, as always - lessons learned …

After replacing AFM Bella is accelerating smoothly again :)

so it had to happen at some point, my Gtv went dead while overtaking 3 other cars, suddenly I lost the acceleration, check engine light came on and then engine went dead… sounds like fun doesn’t it ? ;)

dunno yet what happened, but the trip ended up being a picnic beside the road :) … and I learned how to diagnose few things… :)
